The Sheffield Project for Refugee INtegration and Growth (SPRING) is a project part-funded by the EU to provide integrated support for new refugees. Based at The Sanctuary, the project is a collaboration of six organisations working to help refugees settle into the local community.

SPRING volunteers work under the supervision of, and receive training from, the Front of House Support Worker Blessan Babu to assess refugees when they come to The Sanctuary.

They help to refer people for support from the SPRING partners and maintain the database.

As a SPRING volunteer you will work alongside the City of Sanctuary SPRING Front of Welcome and Support Worker in order to welcome and assess people for the SPRING project; to refer people to partner organisations and provide additional support.
